  • AMAZING, actually makes understanding the numbers easy, and its free.

  • Very interesting and easy for just about anyone to use. I’m really liking the ability to add notes to different spikes in data (great for remembering sales, special coupons, etc).

  • Looks nice and looks easy to setup. There must be some other dependencies (i.e. BC Version?) as it won’t connect and once an account is created, you can’t log into it.

  • can’t beat free beta, get it while it last

  • Fabulous! Helps me actually understand the numbers which BC make it so hard to find. The charts with their spikes and dips, place for me to make notes, and ease of comparing month with month, day with day, or any other period of time – mean I can quickly go in and and actually see what my sales are like quickly via the clear graphs rather than just by numbers.

Can’t wait for future updates, hoping to be able to which customer groups are my best/worst (already you can compare new and old customers, great!), and would love to be able to break the sales down in product categories (is that thingamajig product series REALLY as popular as I think…).

Sure, you can do this already by exporting all your sales and playing around with a spread sheet – but the time you save by getting this done by SumAll is brilliant. And – it looks sooo clean!

    Love it!

  • After creating an account and following instructions to link up with BigC, I waited about 12 hours for my data to populate…no numbers ever showed, just zeros. Didn’t work out for me. Also couldn’t find where to login easily after creating my account. Won’t be using, unfortunately.

  • Excellent program. A new paradigm in information delivery, if you ask me. I spoke to a co-founder of this company and she was extremely committed. Extremely intuitive.

  • Even in it’s current beta state, SumAll rocks! It really doesn’t get any easier to see how your store is currently performing, what your growth is looking like, how you did against the previous week/month/year all at a glance and being able to add notes events on your store… design change tracking, marketing campaigns, it all goes in there. I used to use Google Analytics to track this information, but this SumAll is now my point of input as it links to the most important part of my store… sales.

I’ve worked on some large scale projects for some big name customers and they paid a bucket load of money to get a UI/features like SumAll has to offer and will offer… and (for the moment) it’s free… brilliant stuff!

Discussions with the guys at SumAll have been fruitful and their responsiveness to feature requests is tip top, they’re listening to their customer base, what more could you ask for…

I can’t wait to see the direction of the product and look forward to the time savings I’m going to make…

Keep up the great work guys… looking forward to the future features of SumAll.

  • SumAll is very intuitive and very easy to use. It’s a much more comprehensive look at the numbers and statistics than Big Commerce. Things I would love to see are a mobile app, or a mobile version of it so I can view the numbers on my iphone or iPad. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

    Thanks.

  • Cant wait to see new features after the Goggle Analytic API integration

  • I’m really enjoying using Sumall. Big Commerce has some reporting built in but Sumall is pushing reporting to the next level by offing insights to the data. The best feature so far is the ability to segment New vs. returning customers. Looking forward to seeing what they add next.
