Description
Shipwire is a third-party developed service that takes your order information out of BigCommerce and proxies it to your Shipwire account. Shipiro then pulls the shipping tracking information out of Shipwire and uploads it back to BigCommerce. The service has a lot of nice features such as duplicate order detection, order audit information. Neither BigCommerce nor Shipwire developed Shipiro so we ask that you send your connection related questions to the Shipiro team.

4Works as advertised – syncs orders nightly to Shipwire for shipping. There’s also some really nice built in duplicate detection, as well as an audit history that lets you drill all the way down to the XML.
One caveat – Shipiro doesn’t yet work with the v2 API, so the sync is only one way. If you want to get tracking numbers back into BigCommerce, you’ll need to export a CSV from Shipiro (this functionality is built in) and import to BigCommerce. Not a huge deal, but something to know.
The developer is working on upgrading to the v2 API, and Shipiro is totally free, so it’s definitely worth checking out.
