The documentation is really fragmented and not too helpful. There isn’t any sort of start here, do these steps, and then you are ready to go.
The message editors has some defects. It doesn’t spell check! You have to cut and paste into Word or some other software with a spell checker to check it. It also really hard to make a text formatting change (font, size, color, etc). It doesn’t seem to take until you do it over and over.
Integration with bigcommerce is a little difficult. iContact doesn’t provide any help and neither does Bigcommerce.
